Dr Elena Niki Karletidi is a lawyer with more than twenty years of experience in Greece and Cyprus. Her background combines private legal practice, in-house legal advisory, banking and financial services, regulatory compliance, digital transformation and academic teaching. She has advised on complex legal, regulatory and business matters involving contracts, payments, investment services, consumer protection, property, new products and digital transformation. She holds a PhD in Law in crowdfunding and the legal challenges of the digital age, an LLM in International Commercial Law and a Law Degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She teaches Banking Law and Immovable Property Law at the University of Cyprus and Company Law at the Open University of Cyprus. She is also an author and qualified mediator.
